Beat Explosion!

The Beat Explosion! Class incorporates cardio exercise with a dance flavor with an infusion of weights, great fun with or without a chair, experience a powerful workout through the sounds of great music therapy!! Joan Murphy instructs this easy to follow choreographed class; take your mind and body to an exciting adventure of the beats of years ago to present times. This challenging class is open to the public and everyone’s participation also benefits a great cause!!! This class is being held at the The Friedman JCC in Kingston.
