One on one yoga sessions are designed for the individual and their specific needs. Whether you have never taken a yoga class before or wish to take your asana practice to new and more challenging levels, this program will fulfill those requirements. Some individuals may think they are limited because of their present circumstances. We’ll create together a yoga program that is perfect for you. You’ll learn movement and breathing techniques, become more flexible and stronger and get a deeper sense of yourself. Sessions are one hour. Wear comfortable clothing. This program is at no cost to those living with cancer and survivors. Interested candidates must call the office for more details.
